These Community Guidelines and Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") govern the use of Zenter ("Platform", "Website", "Company", "we", "our", or "us"). The Platform exists solely to help examination aspirants connect with one another for the purpose of sharing travel and accommodation expenses related to examination attendance.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with these Guidelines, our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws.


1. OUR COMMUNITY PURPOSE

The Platform is intended to foster a safe and respectful environment where examination aspirants can:

  • Connect with fellow candidates attending examinations.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate accommodation arrangements.
  • Share expenses voluntarily.
  • Exchange examination-related logistical information.

The Platform is not intended for social networking, dating, business solicitation, commercial transportation services, or any unlawful purpose.


2. USER CONDUCT REQUIREMENTS

Users must:

2.1 Be Honest

You must provide truthful information regarding:

  • Your identity.
  • Examination details.
  • Travel plans.
  • Accommodation requirements.

Misrepresentation is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Be Respectful

You must treat all users respectfully and professionally. You may not:

  • Harass users.
  • Threaten users.
  • Intimidate users.
  • Use abusive language.
  • Engage in discriminatory conduct.

2.3 Follow Applicable Laws

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the Platform.


3. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Users shall not use the Platform for any of the following activities:

3.1 Fraud and Deception

  • Creating fake profiles.
  • Impersonating another person.
  • Using another person's mobile number.
  • Providing false examination details.
  • Misrepresenting travel plans.
  • Obtaining money through deception.

3.2 Criminal Activities

  • Theft.
  • Extortion.
  • Blackmail.
  • Human trafficking.
  • Smuggling.
  • Illegal transportation services.
  • Organized criminal activity.
  • Money laundering.
  • Identity theft.

3.3 Spam and Unwanted Communication

Users may not:

  • Send unsolicited messages.
  • Send repeated unwanted connection requests.
  • Conduct promotional campaigns.
  • Conduct marketing campaigns.
  • Harvest user contact information.

3.4 Commercial Exploitation

The Platform may not be used for:

  • Advertising products.
  • Advertising services.
  • Recruiting customers.
  • Recruiting employees.
  • Lead generation.
  • Multi-level marketing schemes.
  • Affiliate marketing.

3.5 Harmful Conduct

Users may not:

  • Threaten violence.
  • Encourage violence.
  • Promote illegal acts.
  • Share malicious software.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to accounts.
  • Circumvent platform security.

4. CONTACT INFORMATION USAGE

Mobile numbers shared through mutual consent are intended solely for examination-related coordination. Users may not:

  • Sell contact information.
  • Publish contact information.
  • Share contact information with third parties.
  • Use contact information for marketing.
  • Use contact information for harassment.

Any misuse of contact information may result in immediate account suspension and legal action where appropriate.


5. SAFETY REQUIREMENTS

The Platform strongly recommends that users exercise caution when interacting with individuals introduced through the Platform. Before sharing expenses, traveling together, or sharing accommodation, users should:

5.1 Verify Identity

Request and verify:

  • Government-issued photo identification.
  • Examination Hall Ticket / Admit Card.
  • Examination registration details.

5.2 Meet Safely

Where possible:

  • Meet in public locations.
  • Inform family or friends of travel plans.
  • Share itinerary details with trusted persons.

5.3 Verify Information Independently

Do not rely solely on information provided through user profiles. Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence.


6. NO ENDORSEMENT OF USERS

Zenter does not:

  • Endorse any user.
  • Recommend any user.
  • Certify any user.
  • Guarantee user authenticity.
  • Verify examination eligibility.
  • Verify examination attendance.

OTP verification only confirms that a user had access to the submitted mobile number at the time of registration. Users remain solely responsible for verifying the authenticity of other users.


7. REPORTING VIOLATIONS

Users are encouraged to report:

  • Fake profiles.
  • Fraudulent activity.
  • Harassment.
  • Spam.
  • Abuse.
  • Suspicious behavior.
  • Violations of these Guidelines.

Zenter may investigate reports at its sole discretion.


8. PLATFORM ENFORCEMENT

Zenter reserves the right to take action against users who violate these Guidelines. Such action may include:

  • Warning notices.
  • Temporary suspension.
  • Permanent account termination.
  • Restricting platform access.
  • Reporting unlawful activity to law enforcement authorities.

Zenter is under no obligation to provide prior notice before taking enforcement action.


9. NO LIABILITY FOR USER CONDUCT

The Platform functions solely as a technology intermediary. Zenter does not supervise, monitor, control, or assume responsibility for user conduct.

9.1 Users acknowledge that:

  • Meetings occur independently of the Platform.
  • Travel arrangements are private agreements between users.
  • Accommodation arrangements are private agreements between users.
  • Expense-sharing arrangements are private agreements between users.

9.2 Zenter shall not be responsible for:

  • Fraud.
  • Misrepresentation.
  • Theft.
  • Assault.
  • Harassment.
  • Property damage.
  • Financial loss.
  • Injury.
  • Death.
  • Criminal conduct.
  • Any dispute arising between users.

All interactions occur entirely at the users' own risk.


10. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

Zenter may suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Violation of these Guidelines.
  • Fraudulent conduct.
  • Misuse of personal information.
  • Security concerns.
  • Legal compliance requirements.

Termination may occur with or without prior notice.


11. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Community Guidelines shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Guidelines shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in [City, State, India]. Users expressly agree to submit to such jurisdiction.


12. CHANGES TO THESE GUIDELINES

Zenter reserves the right to amend these Guidelines at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Guidelines.


USER SAFETY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • OTP verification does not constitute identity verification.
  • Zenter does not perform background checks.
  • Zenter does not verify examination registrations.
  • Zenter does not guarantee the authenticity of any user.
  • You are solely responsible for verifying identity documents and examination hall tickets before entering into any arrangement.
  • You assume all risks associated with meeting, traveling with, communicating with, or sharing accommodation with other users.

If you choose to travel or stay with another user, always verify their Government-issued ID and Examination Hall Ticket/Admit Card before proceeding.
