Acceptance & Legal Framework

Welcome to Zenter.

By accessing, registering on, or using Zenter ("Platform", "Website", "Company", "we", "our", or "us"), you ("User", "Member", or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This Platform operates as an "intermediary" as defined under Section 2(1)(w) of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and complies with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Zenter is a technology platform owned and operated by Amsel Gold, a proprietorship concern of Pon Buvaneshwaran.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

1. PURPOSE OF THE PLATFORM

The Platform is designed exclusively to facilitate co-ordinations between examination aspirants who may wish to:

  • Share travel expenses;
  • Share accommodation expenses;
  • Coordinate transportation arrangements;
  • Co-ordinate with fellow examination candidates attending the same examination or examination center.

The Platform acts solely as a technology-enabled intermediary for introducing users to one another.

Zenter does not organize, manage, supervise, endorse, guarantee, or participate in any travel, accommodation, financial arrangement, meeting, or transaction between users.

2. ELIGIBILITY

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

2.1 You are at least 18 years of age or possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law;

2.2 All information provided during registration is true, accurate, and complete;

2.3 You will use the Platform only for lawful purposes.

Zenter reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to contain false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

3. OTP VERIFICATION

To enhance platform authenticity, users are required to verify their Indian mobile number through a One-Time Password (OTP) authentication process.

OTP verification only confirms that the user has access to the submitted mobile number at the time of registration.

Zenter does not guarantee:

  • The identity of any user;
  • The accuracy of information provided by any user;
  • The authenticity of any examination-related claims made by any user.

OTP verification should not be interpreted as a certification, endorsement, or verification of an individual's character, credentials, intentions, or eligibility.

4. USER PRIVACY AND CONTACT INFORMATION

The Platform is committed to protecting user privacy.

4.1 A user's mobile number shall not be disclosed to other users unless:

  • The user explicitly consents to sharing their contact information; or
  • A mutual co-ordination request has been approved in accordance with the Platform's functionality.

4.2 Users are prohibited from:

  • Collecting contact information for marketing purposes;
  • Sharing another user's personal information without consent;
  • Misusing contact details obtained through the Platform.

5. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

5.1 Users acknowledge and agree that they are solely responsible for:

  • Evaluating the authenticity of other users;
  • Conducting independent verification before meeting anyone;
  • Assessing the safety of any travel or accommodation arrangement;
  • Making independent decisions regarding expense-sharing arrangements.

5.2 Before agreeing to travel, stay, or coordinate with another user, Zenter strongly recommends obtaining and verifying:

  • Government-issued identity proof;
  • Examination hall ticket/admit card;
  • Examination registration details;
  • Other supporting documents deemed necessary.

5.3 Users should exercise reasonable caution when interacting with individuals introduced through the Platform.

6. NO BACKGROUND VERIFICATION

Zenter does not conduct:

  • Criminal background checks;
  • Police verification;
  • Identity verification beyond OTP authentication;
  • Examination registration verification;
  • Character assessments;
  • Financial credibility assessments.

Users acknowledge that any interaction with other users is undertaken entirely at their own risk.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Zenter functions solely as an intermediary platform.

Any agreement, transaction, meeting, travel arrangement, accommodation arrangement, or expense-sharing arrangement entered into between users is strictly between those users.

Zenter assumes no responsibility for monitoring, supervising, or enforcing such arrangements.

8. USER ASSUMPTION OF RISK

By using the Platform, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • Meeting strangers involves inherent risks;
  • Travel with unknown individuals may present safety concerns;
  • Accommodation sharing may present personal and financial risks;
  • Zenter cannot guarantee the conduct of any user.

You agree that, knowing all the risks, you will personally verify the other user's Government-issued ID and Exam Admit Card before planning any travel arrangements.

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with interactions initiated through the Platform.

9. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Users shall not use the Platform for:

  • Fraudulent purposes;
  • Criminal activities;
  • Harassment;
  • Stalking;
  • Impersonation;
  • Spam;
  • Solicitation;
  • Unauthorized advertising;
  • Distribution of malware;
  • Collection of user data without consent;
  • Human trafficking;
  • Illegal transportation services;
  • Financial scams;
  • Any activity prohibited under applicable laws.

Zenter reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate accounts involved in prohibited conduct.

10. REPORTING ABUSE

Users may report:

  • Fraudulent accounts;
  • Spam activity;
  • Suspicious conduct;
  • Harassment;
  • Misuse of personal information;
  • Violations of these Terms.

Zenter may investigate reported violations and take appropriate action at its sole discretion.

11. NO GUARANTEE OF CO-ORDINATIONS

Zenter does not guarantee:

  • Availability of suitable travel companions;
  • Availability of accommodation-sharing partners;
  • Successful co-ordinations;
  • User responsiveness;
  • Examination attendance by any user;
  • Compatibility between users.

Platform availability and user participation may vary.

12. DATA COLLECTION AND CONSENT

By registering on the Platform, users consent to the collection, storage, processing, and use of information provided during registration for:

  • User authentication;
  • Platform operation;
  • Security purposes;
  • Customer support;
  • Legal compliance.

Such information shall be handled in accordance with the Platform's Privacy Policy.

13. INDEMNIFICATION

Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, expenses, penalties, or legal costs arising from:

  • User conduct;
  • Violation of these Terms;
  • Disputes with other users;
  • Misuse of the Platform;
  • Violation of applicable laws.

14. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

Zenter makes no warranties, representations, or guarantees regarding:

  • User authenticity;
  • User behavior;
  • Platform availability;
  • Platform accuracy;
  • Suitability of aspirants;
  • Safety of interactions.

All warranties, whether express or implied, are expressly disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.

15. TERMINATION

Zenter may suspend or terminate user access at any time, with or without notice, if:

  • These Terms are violated;
  • Fraudulent activity is suspected;
  • Platform security is compromised;
  • Required by law.

16. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any dispute arising from the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Pudukkottai, Tamil Nadu, India].

17. CHANGES TO TERMS

Zenter reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Platform after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE

The Platform only facilitates introductions between examination aspirants. Users are solely responsible for verifying the identity and authenticity of individuals they choose to interact with. Before sharing travel or accommodation arrangements, users should obtain and verify government-issued identity proof and examination hall tickets/admit cards. Zenter is not responsible for any acts, omissions, misconduct, fraud, disputes, losses, injuries, or damages arising from user interactions either online or offline.

This clause should also be displayed prominently during registration with a mandatory checkbox acknowledging acceptance.
